Information Collection and Use

DeepMail collects personally identifiable information when you register for a DeepMail account, when you use certain DeepMail services, and when you visit DeepMail pages. DeepMail may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

When you register with DeepMail, we ask for personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number, and credit card information. Once you register with DeepMail and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. DeepMail also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and DeepMail cookie information.

DeepMail uses the information we collect for two general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain services, and to contact you about specials and new services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

DeepMail will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. DeepMail may however send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

·          We have your consent to share the information;

·          We need to share your information to provide the service(s) you have requested;

·          We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of DeepMail to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);

·          We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or

·          We find that your actions on the Web Site violate the DeepMail Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific services.

Cookies

DeepMail may set and access DeepMail cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data stored on your computer's hard drive and tied to information about you. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.) If you reject all cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of DeepMail’s offerings. However, many DeepMail services do not require that you accept cookies. DeepMail uses its own cookies to estimate and report our total audience size and traffic and to conduct research to improve DeepMail's content and services.
