Our Goals
In order to achieve our mission,
we have set a series of ambitious goals, which we plan to reach
through continual improvement of the service. Our goals are:
- To help our members be more productive: Email is increasingly
becoming one of the most time-consuming tasks during a workday.
By helping our members manage their email more effectively,
we help improve their productivity.
- To stay focused on providing the best email service on
earth: To most service providers, email is a side offering.
By keeping email central to our service, our members can be
certain that their email are our primary concern, not a side
business we have to deal with.
- To stay in touch with our members: We do our very best
to stay in touch with our members and will do our best to integrate
their input into our service.
- To ensure the best spam protection on earth: Spam is
a contagious disease that wastes time and money. We will develop
and integrate new, spam-blocking technologies to ensure our
members’ peace of mind and productivity.
- To prevent the spread of viruses: We will systematically
scan all incoming emails for viruses, and plan to protect our
members by deploying the most sophisticated virus detection
technologies.
- To allow our members to send and receive large files:
We want our members to shatter the limits of current email services
and be able to share presentations, spreadsheets, programs,
audio files, video files and other large files without having
to worry about ridiculously small file size limits.
- To back up all the email: We want our members to know
that their email is safe with us. We back up everyone’s email
every day.
- To protect the confidentiality and information of our customers:
We take confidentiality and privacy seriously. No one will know
our members' information. Period.
